Please explore our website to find out all about our events; there’s something for everyone. From films about bees to a 5km GoodGym Run (Sat 26th Oct) to help out at the Fork to Fork community food growing site. All those with green ‘or not so green’ fingers can get growing advice from the expert panel at our Gardeners’ Question Time (Wed 16th Oct) and there will be lots of stall holders to help you save energy and stay warm at the Energy Saving Fair (Sat 19th Oct). All this is topped off with a week of family activities at The Dukes, plus live performances and talks.

The festival is organised by volunteers and LESS, a not-for-profit organisation which promotes sustainable living, in conjunction with:

The Dukes, Fork to Fork, Friends of the Earth (North Lancs), Good Gym, Incredible Edible Lancaster, Lancaster District Sustainability Partnership, and Transition City Lancaster.

The festival has been kindly supported by Lancashire County Council’s Green Partnership Awards and United Utilities’ Community Fund.

Thanks also to Filbert’s Bakery and Lancaster Brewery for their fantastic provisions at various events!
